Refund Policy
For mistakes made on behalf of Exceed Business Boutique, we will gladly reimburse the customer. Further meaning, if we send any product other than what you ordered such as the incorrect size, color, or product, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
And mistakes made on the shipping companies end will NOT be handled by our company (EXEED Business Boutique). Even though we deeply apologize about your inconvenience, the process carriers would be the correct source to process your refund once you’ve followed the correct procedures by opening a shipping claim. Please make sure you are contacting the correct carrier that has your item(s).
Mistakes made by shipping companies must be handled by the customer with the shipping company. Exceed Business Boutique holds no responsibility for errors made by carrier services. In rare cases an issue may occur and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
Returns:
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any stains, rips, hand, or washer washed, stretch and tears will not be qualified for a return. Please do not send back any returns unless customer service has given you permission to do so. If an item is successfully returned, you will be given the option to be refunded or given a store credit of the same price as the returned item.
We are not responsible for any packages after they are shipped from our store. Again, all shopping errors or mishandling must be corrected by the correct shipping company.
